Honours

Through painting, I explore the anonymity of identity through portraiture and found images. Predominantly from 19th and 20th century collections, my work centres around found portrait photographs of anonymous people. Through methods of 

, I explore the inauthenticity of the portrait as a representation of identity, attempting to expose the impostor, and in turn, reveal our authentic selves.
