Chandra Harrison is a Aboriginal mixed media artist, predominantly working with gouache, watercolour, ink and acrylic.

As a proud Wotjobaluk woman, she decontextualises the internal makeup of Aboriginality, to reconstruct the external beauty through the use of artificial colour palettes, layering and fine detail in spontaneous dexterity to create dense and consuming artworks.

This challenges the viewer to seek beyond the distraction of colourful confusion and grasp its underlying meanings.
